Metrigo.pl Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Metrigo.pl website and the Metrigo application. By using the service, you accept the following provisions.
1. Definitions
- Service – website available at Metrigo.pl
- Application – Metrigo application for recording and managing meter readings
- User – person using the service or application
- Administrator – owner of the service, creator of Metrigo
- Contact – kontakt@metrigo.pl
2. General Provisions
The Metrigo service and application are used to record, store, and organize meter readings (e.g., electricity, gas, water). Use of the service is voluntary. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the terms of service.
3. Scope of Liability
The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the service and application work correctly, but does not guarantee full availability, continuity, or absence of errors. The Administrator is not liable for:
- technical interruptions, failures, operating errors,
- data loss resulting from causes beyond the Administrator's control,
- damages arising from the use of the service or application,
- incorrect readings entered by the user.
The Administrator's liability is limited to the necessary minimum provided by law.
4. Data Provided by Users
Users may voluntarily enter data such as: meter readings, meter names, contact information (e.g., email). This data is used solely for the purpose of providing services. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting: kontakt@metrigo.pl.
5. Complaints
Complaints should be directed to: kontakt@metrigo.pl. They should include a description of the problem, date of occurrence, and contact information. The Administrator processes complaints within 30 days.
6. Copyright
All content, graphics, logos, and application elements are the property of the Administrator. Copying without permission is prohibited.
7. Final Provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the terms of service.
- Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website.
- In matters not regulated, Polish law applies.
